How We Structure Metals Deals

Every metals transaction at Atlas Nexus Group is structured to eliminate ambiguity and protect both parties — from assay at origin to payment settlement on delivery.

Inquiry & Specification

Buyer provides product specs, quantity, delivery port and preferred payment terms. We confirm availability and provide indicative pricing.

Sampling & Assay

Independent sampling by SGS or Bureau Veritas at origin. Assay certificate issued confirming chemical composition, moisture and impurity levels.

Contract & Payment

Sales contract signed. Payment via irrevocable Letter of Credit (MT700), SBLC or TT against shipping documents. Pricing referenced to LME or Platts.

Shipment & Delivery

Bulk or breakbulk freight management. Discharge weight survey at destination. Full document pack: BL, CoO, CoA, packing list, insurance certificate.
